We are currently running at the following times:
Mondays 9.15 am (4 to 5 miles)
Tuesdays 9.15 am (3 to 3.5 miles)
Wednesdays 9.15 am (6 to 7 miles)
Fridays 9.15 am (4 to 5 miles)
Saturdays 8.30 am (5 miles)
and 10 am (4+ miles)
The venues can vary from week to week and not all groups run at the same pace, so contact us to find out whether a particular run is right for you. We welcome people along to try out the runs, and there's no commitment, nothing you have to sign up to - just give it a go and see if you like it!
