If we all did the things we are capable of, we would astound ourselves

run like a girl!

If you're a woman looking for a friendly, informal and supportive group in the Sevenoaks area to jog with, try running with us.

Our aim is to make running fun and achievable for all, and whether you're a compete beginner or an experienced intermediate runner looking for some company to run with, you're very welcome to join us.  The group is friendly, encouraging and supportive, and we chat and laugh our way round our runs - it's amazing what you can achieve in good company! We're a sociable bunch, so we often stop for a coffee after a run, and have occasional evening get togethers too, though if you just want to run and go, that's ok too.

There's no joining fee, and no need to book runs in advance - just come along when it suits you and pay £3.50 for your run (the beginners' courses have a different payment structure).  We are non-competitive recreational runners (joggers if you prefer!), so you need never worry about being left behind or made to run at a pace you can't manage.  All our groups are small, so that you don't get lost in the crowd, and so you can get personal coaching advice as we run.

Contact us if you'd like advice on which run would suit you (we coach runs at a variety of paces and distances, and we have ladies aged from 20s to 60s in our group), or if you've any questions this website doesn't answer - we're always happy to help.  I've coached hundreds of women who had never run before, and I firmly believe that most people can run with the right coaching.  Most of all, I want to make it fun for you - running should be a pleasure, not a chore.

Come and give it a try!

We run in and near Sevenoaks,  whatever the weather - sunshine, rain or snow!
